You can make a payment to your account by calling 1-800-356-9033. With our automated direct pay telephone payment system, you can:
- Make your minimum required payment.
- Pay off your current balance.
- Pay a specific amount.
When you make the call, have your account number available and follow the prompts for the services you need.
Should you need assistance, Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. All times are Central.
